We work extremely hard to make sure you receive your regalia as quickly as possible. We send out orders within two days after the order has been placed. Free shipping for all US orders is complementary and we offer expedited shipping if needed. We pride ourselves on keeping costs low for our customers as graduation expenses can add up. To that end, we offer the following options:

- FREE standard shipping for any purchased order within the United States
- FREE shipping both ways for sizing exchanges within the U.S. (up to two exchanges)
- Expedited 2-day and 1-day shipping available within the U.S.
- We ship our regalia via USPS, UPS, and FedEx; tracking number is included in shipping notification email once an order is prepared for shipment.

We ship all over the world! We send our shipments via UPS.
UPS carrier-calculated rates, meaning the exact cost is determined at checkout based on the customer's specific address and order weight.
Two UPS services are available:
- UPS Standard: economical ground service

Transit times for International orders are calculated by UPS at checkout and vary based on the destination province and service selected.
- Standard Shipping transit time approximately 2-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping transit time approximately 1-5 business days
The exact transit time is calculated by UPS at checkout based on the specific destination address. Countries closer to the US (like Canada and Mexico) will have faster delivery times, while more distant locations (like Australia, Asia, or Europe) will take longer even with expedited service.
DOCTORAL REGALIA RENTAL SHIPPING
- FREE shipping both ways for all rentals (delivery and returns)
- FREE shipping both ways for sizing exchanges (up to two exchanges)
- Rental regalia orders are sent about two weeks prior to the ceremony date indicated on the order
- Rental orders are guaranteed to arrive at least seven days prior to the ceremonies date indicated on your order
- Expedited 2-day and 1-day shipping available for rental orders that are placed within 10-days of the ceremony date
- We ship our regalia via USPS, UPS, and FedEx; tracking number is included in shipping notification email once an order is prepared for shipment
