How Renting Works
Your ceremony, made simple. Regalia delivered to your door.
1. Choose & Size
Find your school or choose Classic Regalia. Select your size using the guide on the rental page and enter your ceremony date.
2. Receive & Wear
Your rental is scheduled to arrive at least 7 days before your ceremony. Try it on as soon as it arrives, then celebrate your achievement.
3. Return
Pack your regalia in the original box and use the prepaid return label. Ship it back no later than 7 days after your ceremony.
Rental Questions, Answered
What’s included, and how do I choose my size?
Complete sets include a gown, hood, and tam. Use the Size Guide on your rental page and review its options before reserving. Between sizes? Size down for the gown and up for the tam.
When should I reserve, and can I rent for longer?
Reserve once your ceremony date is confirmed. Select Additional Days on the product page if you need more time. For a close ceremony date or expedited delivery, contact us.
When will my rental arrive, and how do I track it?
Your rental is scheduled to arrive at least 7 days before your ceremony. We’ll email tracking information when it ships; you can also check Manage Your Order.
Is shipping free, and where do you deliver?
Standard rental shipping is free both ways. We deliver to street addresses in the continental U.S.; P.O. boxes and international rental deliveries are unavailable. Expedited shipping costs extra.
Can I change my order or get help with the fit?
Update eligible sizing and address details at Manage Your Order before fulfillment. Try on your regalia immediately after delivery; report measurement-related fit issues within 48 hours. Contact support for replacement arrangements and shipping terms.
When and how do I return my rental?
Ship all rental items back within 7 days after your ceremony, using the original box and prepaid label. Drop off with the carrier shown on the label, rather than at your school. Missing the label? Get your return label from Manage Your Order.
Can I cancel my rental?
Request cancellation before shipment through Manage Your Order or support. Refund eligibility depends on your event date and the Rental Agreement. Shipped rentals cannot be returned for a refund.
What if I return my rental late?
Late returns may incur daily fees; unreturned items may incur replacement charges. Review the Rental Agreement for the full terms and fee schedule.
